This 4-week programme teaches you the basics on how to regulate your nervous system so anxiety doesn't run your life. You'll learn simple, practical tools to calm your body, release tension, and create the stability you need to feel alive, well and more playful.

How to recognise and release tension
What your body needs to feel safe and regulated
How to build capacity for spontaneity and joy
